Our Mission
Our purpose is to preserve and improve the quality and natural beauty of Meadow Lake, its wildlife and the Meadow Lake Watershed.
We will promote and encourage education for residents, students and visitors in the best management practices, stewardship, enjoyment and preservation of the Lake and Watershed.
We will endeavor to raise funds and work with other public and private organizations, government agencies, and researchers with like objectives.
We wish to promote friendship and cooperation among both members and non-members living on the lake as well as residents within the watershed and other residents and entities in close proximity to the watershed.

What can you do this season?
Keep streets clean
Sweep leaves and grass clippings away from curbs and storm drains.
Slow the flow
Direct downspouts onto lawn or planted areas where water can soak in.
Fertilize carefully
Test your soil first and follow Minnesota’s phosphorus restrictions.
Wash wisely
Use a commercial car wash or keep soapy water out of the street.
